The Stock controller stocktaking software system is designed by stock takers for use by any persons interested in controlling the profitability of their business. We will install it on any suitable computer and issue you with a hand book that takes you step by step through setting the system up to suit your needs. The program can be run in two modes, food or liquor.

Liquor Stock Control software is in the traditional format of individual items gathered into groups, (i.e. Draught, Bottled Beer, Minerals etc). your Gross Profit (GP) on each item as well as your stock life (i.e. if you sell the stock at the same rate as you did the previous stock period then you have enough stock on hand to last this number of days).

Food Stock Control system is set out in the traditional food format with items being set out with cost value only. They can also be set as individual items gathered into groups for easy identification (i.e. Meat, Poultry, Fish., Frozen Veg, Salad, or cash value).

The stock control software system is user friendly and can be easily adapted to suit the needs of anyone be they manager, supervisor or owner. It was my intention to make the system checkable by any person so I have made it so that it prints stock counts, deliveries etc in single forms so that they are easily checked. If necessary we can set your program up for you in the format you want the information. The cost of installing the program is very reasonable as are our set up charges.
